Steve lives in West Virginia on 7 acres of “God’s masterpiece,” where a gentle stream meanders, breezes blow and birds sing. The central part of Steve’s home is a stone and mortar ‘magazine’ dating back to the French and Indian War. Steve’s interest in woodworking was born out of a love for nature. Creative woodworking projects have included converting a log barn from the 1800’s into a charming, craftsman custom home for his son and building a workshop complete with a rocking chair front porch where his art takes shape. It is on this porch that Steve conducts small three-day workshops throughout spring, summer and fall.
